The Inner Fire of Grace

In Sufism, the inner fire of grace is divine love (ishg), an intense, transformative force that burns away the ego (nafs) to achieve union with the Divine. It is a purifying, passionate fire ignited by God within the heart, turning the seeker into a "lover" who seeks nothing but the Beloved.

Meister Eckhart says that “God glows and burns with all the divine wealth and all the divine bliss in the spark of the soul” and is never extinguished there. Hidden in this spark is something like the original outbreak of all goodness, something like a brilliant light that glows incessantly and something like a burning fire which burns incessantly. This fire is nothing other than the Holy Spirit.

يمتد الطريق الرئيسي لحياتي مثل رحلة طويلة أمامي وقد وصل إلى عالم آخر. وكأن كل شيء قد حصل هنا سيحصل مستقبلاً قد شعرت به واستوعبته بداخلي. وكأنني قد مررت بها مسبقا. وكنت الآن أساعد في بناء مجتمع جديد ومختلف.
