I Love My Life ~ turning leaded pain, regret & sorrow into Spiritual Gold !

Inner or Spiritual Alchemy

The 14th Rule of Love
Below

This is a powerful perspective on the concept of Inner Alchemy. In many spiritual traditions, this process is known as "The Great Work"—the practice of taking the "lead" of human suffering (trauma, grief, and mistakes) and refining it into the "gold" of wisdom, compassion, and enlightenment.

By embracing this transformation, you are practicing what many call Post-Traumatic Growth, where the hardest chapters of your life become the very fuel for your highest evolution.
If you are looking to deepen this practice in 2026, here are a few ways to continue refining that "Spiritual Gold":
  • Shadow Work: Use tools like Shadow Work Journaling to identify the specific lessons hidden within your past regrets.
  • Mindfulness & Integration: Practice Vipassana Meditation to observe pain without judgment, allowing it to pass through and transform.
  • Creative Expression: Channeling those emotions into art, writing, or service is a classic method of Sublimation, a psychological form.

At the center of our being is a point of nothingness which is untouched by sin and illusion, a point of pure truth, a point or spark which belongs entirely to God, which is never at our disposal.... This little point of nothingness and of absolute poverty is the pure glory of God in us.... It is like a pure diamond, blazing with the invisible light of heaven. It is in everybody.... I have no program for this seeing. It is only given.

But the gate of heaven is
!!! everywhere !!!

The 14th Rule of Love
By Shams of Tabriz

God is busy with the completion of your work, both outwardly and inwardly. He is fully occupied with you. Every human being is a work in progress that is slowly but inexorably moving toward realisation. We are each an unfinished work of art both waiting and striving to be completed. God deals with each of us separately because humanity is a fine art of skilled penmanship where every single dot is equally important for the entire picture.
