December 7th, 2025

Emotional maturity means focusing on your own reaction when faced with someone else's dysfunction.

The things you are worrying about today will not matter forever. Pain softens. Confusion clears.
Storms settle.
Life finds balance again.

Nothing stays the same.
Not the hard times, not the good times, not the people who enter or leave your life. Change is the only constant, and understanding this makes everything easier to bear.

Instead of stressing over what you cannot control, breathe through it.
Instead of fearing the future, trust that you will handle it when it comes.
Instead of clinging to what hurts, allow it to
move through you.
